To 2008, Honda also produced for some markets the CTX200 "Bushlander". A slightly newer version of the Honda SOHC 2 valve engine was again used (this time with a manual clutch) and the model shared many parts, such as the frame, seat, tank and other bodywork with the NX125.

Honda introduced an updated and enlarged model of the horizontal CT110, calling it the CT125/Trail 125. This name had previously been used for the upright CT125.
