Insurance value lookup
Frequently asked questions
What is the insurance (kasko) value of a motorcycle?
It is the reference value insurers use when writing a kasko policy and settling total-loss claims. In Türkiye these values are published monthly by the insurance industry: list prices for new vehicles and market averages for used ones.
Is the kasko value a price offer?
No — it is a valuation reference, not a buying or selling offer. Actual sale prices move around it depending on condition, km and region, and your premium depends on many other factors too.
How often is the value list updated?
A new list is published every month. Our lookup always shows the newest value available for each model year.
Why is my motorcycle not in the list?
The list covers roughly 15 model years and only models sold officially in Türkiye. Older or grey-import motorcycles drop out — their insurers use manual valuation instead.
Why do kasko premiums differ if the value is fixed?
The value only sets the sum insured. The premium also depends on rider age and experience, claims history (no-claim discount), deductibles, coverage extras and region.
