BMW C 650 GT Highline LS
General features
The 2018 BMW C 650 GT Highline LS is a substantial maxi scooter engineered for comfortable long-distance commuting and relaxed cruising. At its core is a liquid-cooled, four-stroke twin engine displacing 647 cc, which delivers 60 HP and 66 Nm of torque. With an automatic transmission managing power transfer, riding remains smooth and straightforward in any traffic condition. A seat height of 795 mm provides an accessible perch, allowing riders of average stature to reach the ground confidently. While the dry weight of 241 kg makes it a solid machine, its 1591 mm wheelbase, 40 mm upside-down front fork, and single-sided rear swing arm ensure steady and composed road tracking. Braking is handled reliably by single discs with two-piston calipers and ABS at both ends, supported by a 16-liter fuel capacity for generous range.
The C 650 GT has a new exhaust system made from high-quality stainless steel. It looks extremely flashy, is much lighter than its predecessor and has lower emission and noise levels. In addition, it provides a fuller, more powerful sound.
